„GRYYN introduces robust monochromatic LEDs in the popular 3528 package with an operating temperature range of -40° to + 90°C that are suitable for applications in defense, marine, areospace and other areas with particularly high demands. Available are LEDs with amber (605nm); orange (593nm) and green (u '= 0.082 v' = 0.518) based on a blue emitting InGaN chip from Toyoda Gosei with phosphor conversion. This allows a precise adjustment of the color with only a small drift due to current and temperature changes. The LED in red (624nm) is based on an AlGaInP chip. All LEDs are specified for a typical current of 20mA. “ |
